½ cup milk
½ cup all-purpose flour
3 eggs
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon butter
- Bananas Foster
2 bananas
2 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoon butter
¼ cup pecans
1 teaspoon cinnamon
4 tablespoon rum (optional)
Directions
- Dutch Baby Pancake
- Preheat oven to 440 degrees F.
- In a bowl or blender, mix milk, flour, eggs and sugar.
- Heat case iron skillet in th oven or on the stovetop. When hot, add butter and wait until melted to spread around.
- Pour in mixture in bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Bananas Foster
- Melt butter in a pan over medium / medium high heat.
- Add sugar, cinnamon and rum and stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Add pecans and sliced bananas. Fry until golden brown on one side (1-2 minutes), then flip. Avoid flipping more than once because the banana will fall apart.
