Ingredients
1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
16 oz white chocolate
3 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon salt
¼ cup candied orange peel
½ cup cranberries
¾ cup chopped pecans
Directions
- Lightly grease an 8 x 8 inch baking pan and line with parchment paper. I usually cut two 8 inch strips and criss-cross them in the pan making sure there is excess paper sticking out of the pan.
- Fill a saucepan with water (about a quarter of the pan) and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to allow the water to simmer.
- Place a heatproof bowl on top of the saucepan. Pour in condensed milk, vanilla extract and add white chocolate, butter and salt. Stir frequently until the chocolate melts and everything is well combined.
- Stir in orange peel, cranberries and pecans.
- Pour into the baking pan and spread around. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Cut into as many pieces as you like (nobody will judge!).
Enjoy! 🙂
