    BLT Lettuce Boats

    by 2 Comments

Craving a BLT, but want to skip the bread? Then this recipe is for you! It’s super easy, amazingly tasty and will satisfy that craving without the extra carbs.

I found that hearts of romaine work best for me. They are super crunchy and the shape of the leaves make the BLT boats easy to grab. However, you can definitely try it with iceburg or Boston lettuce.

One other option is to chop the lettuce up and turn all the ingredients into a BLT salad! As you can see, these few ingredients bring so many delicious options! 🙂
