This is one of our favorite go to recipes during the week! If Ryan had it his way, we’d be having it every other day 😉 It’s extremely EASY, quick and nutritious. We usually serve the salmon with a variety of veggies, grains or salads. The possibilites are endless!
Lemon Pepper Oven Baked Salmon

2 6oz salmon fillets
2 teaspoon lemon pepper
half lemon (optional)
fresh dill (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Place salmon fillets on parchment paper and sprinkle with lemon pepper. Top with sliced lemon and fresh dill (optional).
- Bake for 17-20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillet.

Notes
- The easiest way to see if your salmon is done is to press down on the top of the fillet with a fork. If it flakes (seperates easily), it’s finished cooking 😉
